Overview
Fanplace Creators respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.
What We Host
Fanplace Creators is a directory service. We host:
- Creator profile information (names, bios, categories)
- Profile images and cover photos uploaded by creators
- Links to external platforms (Fanplace, social media)
We do not host the actual content that creators sell on Fanplace or other platforms. For content hosted on other platforms, please contact those platforms directly.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Fanplace Creators infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, please provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing. Be as specific as possible.
- Your contact information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to our site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Important Notice
Filing a false DMCA takedown notice may result in legal liability. Before submitting a notice, please ensure that you are the rightful copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, and that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
